אֵין מוּקְדָם וּמְאוּחָר בַּתּוֹרָה - EN MUKDAM OU MEUCHAR BA TORAH - There is neither early nor later in the Torah. Idiomatically used as "the Torah does not concern itself with chronological sequence and often different topics are dealt with separately."
